I enjoy my blogger experience; because it was an original and interesting way of learn. In the other curses of the career we don’t use technology or internet at all: it´s always the teacher speaking and the students listening and writing. Sometimes, in the other class, we use power point for orals presentations, but it´s only a few times each semester.
Also, it was a good experience because in each post you can express your opinions of a lot of themes and you can read what your classmates have written. I think that was very valuable because it was a new and different way to meet people. It was very cool know what was the favorite animal, movie, photograph, dish or piece of technology of my classmates; that’s an information that you don’t expect to learn in the university!!
I think that blogging help to improve mi English, because when you must write about daily things you learn to use the language more colloquially.
A disadvantage of blogging is the monotony; the firsts times I was very excited for wrote, but the lasts time you know perfectly the work so it became a little bit boring.
But, finally, I think that adding and subtracting it was a very good experience and I enjoy it!

My favourite animal is turtle; they are reptiles charecterised by a special shell developed from their ribs that acts as a shield. The earliest known turtles date from 215 million years ago, making turtles one of the oldest reptile group and one of the oldest animals of today.
Like other reptiles, turtles are cold-blooded; it means that their internal temperature varies according to the ambient environment. Turtles generally lives in or around water, but also they spend time on earth.
The largest living turtle is the leatherback sea turtle, which reaches a shell lenght of 2 meters and can reach a weight of over 900 kg. In the other hand, the smallest turtle is the speckled padloper tortoise of South Africa. It measures no more than 8 cm. in lenght and weights about 140 grams.
Turtles are my favourite animal because they seem from another era; I think they look a lot like dinosaurs, and that makes them very special. Also, they are very slow, and I think that humans should learn from them and lower the speed with wich we live.
I think that I can have "average" turtles at home, but in no way one like the leatherback sea turtle!
A particular characteristic of turtles is that females lay their eggs on the same beach where they were born.

Tibet - བོད་

Tibet is the highest region on earth, with an average elevation of 5.000 metres is an amazing place. Religion is very importante for Tibetans, and buddhism has a strong influence over all aspects of their lives. 

After the chinese civil war, the People`s Republic of China incorporated Tibet in 1950 and negotiated the seventeen point agreement with the  14th Dalai Lama`s government, affirming that they would granting the area autonomy. In his exile, the Dalai Lama repudiated the agreement, wich he has repetead on many occasions. Actually Tibetans lives under chinesse control.

I would like to go there because I think that Tibet is a very special place. The landscapes, the people, the religion, the architecture, the arts and the culture of that place is amazing.
You can do a few things on Tibet; how it`s not conquered by the West and the capitalism, you can pray in a monasteries or take a ride.

I would like to make this trip alone because it is a of spiritual journey. I think that is possible go to Tibet in the future; I need a lot of money for the plane ticket to China and several documents. 

FREEDOM FOR THE TIBET!!

This picture is of a riot policeman who rides past a burning billboard during a national strike in Santiago on August of 2011.  I love this picture because it shows a dramatic situation and the beauty that could have chaos. The fire symbolize the violence and it’s a big question if it`s necessary some kind of violence for social changes; I think that fire is an element that represent the changes of things.

In Chile the fight that started last year is for public education, but last year was a year full of social demands all over the world.  I think that people its awakening of the market`s and politicians power; it’s time for make our dreams true.  There´s no time to wait; the moment is right now.
The picture was taken by Victor Ruiz Caballero who was a “famous” photographer last year; he took a lot of pictures of strikes and marches.

Spaghetti with sauce!

My favorite dish is spaghetti with sauce. Ordinary people think that it´s a simple dish, but making good spaghetti with sauce it´s very difficult! When I was a little boy I didn´t like this dish, but with the years I learned to recognize the good things of life.
The ingredients of this dish are spaghetti, tomatoes, salt, oil, meat and oregano. Master cooks use also a bit of sugar.
The origin of this dish is Italy, but there are two version of the origins of spaghetti; Italians and Chinese says that it’s a food of their countries.
I love this dish because it has a lot of flavors and it’s cheap. In my family we are fans of spaghetti with sauce, so we it that dish at least one time at week.
If you are very hungry and you loves eat traditional food, this dish is for you!

Joe Pino & Los Maniacodepresivos

Hi world,

My favourite band is Joe Pino & Los Maniacodepresivos. This group starts on 2003 and his first success was “Yo opino”; that song was top one on the radios rankings a week after his release. The lyrics of “Yo opino” it’s a brave scream of liberty and civil’s rights; Joe makes a deep reflection of modern life and how people is losing his critical spirit and sense of opinion.

Besides being the lead singer of the band he works on 31 minutos, a famous TV show, as a reporter, commentator and jury. Before this singers stage, Joe became famous with his revolutionary opinions on mass media; he was the first saying that “the government is right and wrong also, depending on which side”. Joe never was afraid of said what he thinks; this is the reason of why he have the biggest number of enemies.
